Studying Lifecourse Obesity PrEdictors (SLOPE) is a research study based at University of Southampton. The SLOPE Childhood Obesity Risk Estimation tool (SLOPE CORE tool) was developed as part of this project to enable prediction of future childhood overweight and obesity. It can be administered in pregnancy or in early life. This online tool also ranks the area where the family lives by risk of child poverty, food insecurity and green space access. These risk estimates are area-based, not individual-based.
